  1. 1/2 coconut

  2. 1 onion

  3. 1 chile -- fresh

  4. 2 tomatoes

  5. 60 milliliters -water

  6. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  7. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon -- ground curry leaf sprigs

  8. 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek

  9. 75 milliliters coconut milk

  10. 1 lime -- juice of salt to -- taste

  1. Preparation : Grate the coconut, chop the onion and chile and slice the tomatoes. Place in a pan, add the water, cinnamon, turmeric, curry leaves and fenugreek and cook until onions are soft. Add the coconut milk, stir well and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the lime juice and salt to taste.
