  2. PASTA AND WALNUT FRUIT SALAD

  7. -OR other medium pasta

  8. -shape, uncooked

  9. 1 c Non-fat, plain yogurt

  10. 1 tb Honey

  11. 1/4 c Orange juice concentrate

  12. -- thawed 11 oz Mandarin oranges, drained

  13. -- (juice-packed)

  14. 1 c Seedless red grapes

  15. -- cut into halves 1 c Seedless green grapes

  16. -- cut into halves 1 Apple -- cored and chopped

  17. 1/2 c Sliced celery

  18. 1/2 c Walnut halves

  19. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

  20. In a small bowl, blend yogurt, honey and orange juice

  21. concentrate. In a large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Add yogurt mixture; toss to

  22. coat. Cover and chill thoroughly.
