  1. 4 large eggs, beaten to blend

  2. 1 cup dark corn syrup

  3. pinch salt

  4. 1/3 cup sugar

  5. 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  6. 4 tbsp. melted butter

  7. 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  8. 2/3 cup pecan halves

  9. one 9 inch unbaked pie shell

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together eggs, corn syrup, salt, sugar, lemon juice, butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in pecan halves and pour into pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until filling is set and crust is browned.
