  1. 1 lb Crabmeat Chopped parsley

  2. 1 c Butter

  3. 1 qt Milk

  4. 1/4c Chopped onion Dash pepper

  5. 1 c Boiling water

  6. 1 Chicken bouillion cube

  7. 1/4ts Celery salt

  8. 3 tb Flour

  1. + Directions : Dissolve boullion cube in water. Cook onion in butter until tender, blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk and bouillion gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add crabmeat, heat. Garnish with parsley.
