  2. 6 heaped tbsp Sauce Mix Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce

  3. 2 1/2 tbsp Corn starch

  4. 1 tsp Water

  5. 125 ml

  1. Pan-fry egg bean curd in oil until golden yellow. Arrange on a serving plate. Stir-fry all vegetables in 1 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix, cook through and pour over egg bean curd.
