  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Cold water

  2. 4 tablespoons 60ml Cornstarch

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Plus 2 tbs dark vinegar

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Salt

  5. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  6. 1 Egg

  7. 4 tablespoons 60ml French's prepared mustard

  8. 4 tablespoons 60ml Margarine - tiny bits

  1. Recipe Instructions Place all ingredients as listed in blender on high speed until smooth (2 minutes). Transfer to top of double boiler and cook over gently boiling water, stirring often for 12 to 15 minutes or until thickened and smooth. Once more put mixture back through blender 30 seconds or until smooth, using high speed. Refrigerate in covered container 24 hours before using. Keep refrigerated 3 months.
