  1. 1 cup 2% low-fat milk

  2. 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

  3. 1/2 cup instant tea powder (I like either Lipton Summer Peach or Lipton Wild Raspberry)

  4. 6 ice cubes

  1. With the exception of the ice cubes, put the ingredients in a blender, then add ice cubes, one at a time, processing until blended.

  2. For best results, serve immediately. ?
