  1. yellow squash , sliced

  2. onion s, sliced

  3. herbs, chopped

  4. bread crumbs

  5. cheddar cheese

  6. salt and pepper

  7. oil

  1. Sauté onions in small amount of oil until golden, about 5 minutes. Add squash. Sauté squash until browned. If necessary, add a small amount of water and cover pan with lid until squash is done.

  2. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, salt and pepper, and bread crumbs. Top with shredded cheese. Cover. Cook until cheese is melted.
