  2. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Rosemary, crushed

  3. 5 cups 312g / 11oz Corn flakes, crushed

  4. 2 1/2 Lb cut up broiler-fryer chicken

  5. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter or margarine, melted

  6. 12 cup 20g / 0.7oz All-purpose flour

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Thyme

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 375F. In medium bowl combine butter, flour, salt, thyme, rosemary and marjoram. In shallow dish place cereal. Dip chicken in butter mixture; roll in cereal to coat. Place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake 55 - 60 minutes or until golden brown
