  1. 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

  2. 2 cups fresh mushrooms, trimmed

  3. 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

  4. 1 medium onion, quartered

  5. 1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1-inch rounds

  6. 1 cup mayonnaise

  7. 1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix

  8. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  9. 2 tablespoons water

  1. Alternate beef, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and zucchini on skewers*. Place in a shallow baking dish in a single layer.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, salad dressing mix, vinegar and water. Reserve 1/2 cup in a separate bowl and refrigerate. Pour remaining mixture over skewers; turning until evenly coated. Refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 4.

  3. Preheat grill.

  4. Lightly oil grill or spray with vegetable cooking spray. Remove skewers from marinade and place on grill; discard marinade. Cook 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached, turning once. Serve immediately with reserved mayonnaise sauce.
