  1. 1/4 kilogram cluster beans

  2. 1 tablespoon oil

  3. 1 teaspoon chile powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon black mustard seeds

  5. 1/2 teaspoon bengal gram dal

  6. 1 stem curry leaves

  7. 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  8. 2 tablespoons ground coconut salt -- to taste

  1. Preparation : 1. Chop beans into small pieces. Boil with salt and a little water.

  2. Fry mustard seeds, bengal gram dal, and curry leaves. Add beans and chile powder. Stir.

  3. Sprinkle with coconut and sugar. Stir until dry.
