  1. 1 package (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach

  2. 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

  3. 1/2 to 3/4 cup dried cranberries

  4. 1/3 cup olive oil

  5. 3 tablespoons sugar

  6. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  7. 1 tablespoon BREAKSTONE'S® Sour Cream

  8. 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, pecans and cranberries. In a bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Yield: 6-8 servings.
