    1. 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Instant Pudding, Chocolate flavor 1 cup buttermilk baking mix

    2. 1/4 cup oil

    3. 1 egg

    4. Peanut butter chips or other assorted candies

    5. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together pudding mix and baking mix in bowl with wooden spoon. Add oil and egg. Mix together until dough forms a ball.

    6. 1/2-inch balls. Place balls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

    7. 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks. Cool.

    8. Makes 3 dozen cookies
