  1. 5 Dried habanero chiles - stems

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped white onion

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Fresh mango - chopped

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Golden raisins

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Turmeric

  6. 1 Fresh lime quartered

  1. Recipe Instructions Cover the chiles with water in a saucepan. Place on the stove, add the onions and simmer until the chiles are softened. Add the mango and the raisins, raise the heat, and just before it begins to boil, remove from the heat. Place the chile mixture in a blender, add the turmeric, and puree.
