  1. 2 Fillets of Breaded White Fish for baking (eg Plaice, Cod, Whiting)

  2. 1 Brown Onion, sliced thinly

  3. 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup*

  4. 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce*

  5. 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce*

  6. 2 Tbsp Sugar

  7. 100ml Water

  8. 1 tsp Cornflour mixed with

  9. 1 Tbsp Water

  1. Bake fish according to package instructions.

  2. Heat a little oil in a saucepan. Stir-fry the onion slices until fragrant and translucent.

  3. Mix the sauce ingredients* together and cook with the onions.

  4. Bring mixture to the boil, add the cornflour mixture and stir to thicken.

  5. Pour over the fish fillets just before serving.
