  2. 1 can Coco Lopez

  3. 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut

  1. Toast the coconut in the toaster oven.

  2. Whisk together the coconut milk and Coco Lopez. Pour into prepared ice cream maker.

  3. When it’s almost ready to eat, add the toasted coconut.
