  1. 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

  2. 1/2 cup honey

  3. 2 Tbsp. lime juice

  4. 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro , chopped

  5. 1 Tbsp. fresh mint , chopped

  6. 1 tsp. seeded, minced jalapeno pepper

  7. 1 tsp. minced garlic

  8. 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

  1. Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in a small bowl. Mix well and reserve half of mixture. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Cover dish and refrigerate 2-4 hours. Grill chicken over medium heat, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Cook 6-8 minutes on both sides, or until no longer pink in center.
