  1. 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

  2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  3. 2 teaspoons fresh ginger , minced fine

  4. 3 garlic cloves , minced

  5. 2 teaspoons lite olive oil

  6. 1 teaspoon cumin salt and pepper

  1. Flatten the breasts to 1/2" thickness.

  2. Combine lemon juice, ginger, garlic, oil and cumin.

  3. Spread over the chicken.

  4. Marinate for 10 minutes.

  5. Grill or broil 2-3 minutes each side.

  6. Season with salt & pepper. ?
