  2. 3 cups milk, scalded

  3. 2 tablespoons butter Seasonings to taste

  1. Instructions Boil the macaroni in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain off water. Put macaroni, milk, butter and seasonings in a baking dish. Bake very slowly in a moderate oven for 1 hour. Then serve. The milk will be absorbed entirely by the macaroni.
