  1. 1 pound ground turkey

  2. 1/2 cup quick cooking oats

  3. 1/4 cup cold water

  4. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  5. 1 (1.4-ounce) package dry vegetable soup mix

  6. 3/4 cup cornbread stuffing mix

  7. 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons boiling water

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, oats, cold water, Italian seasoning and soup mix. Mix until just combined.

  2. In a small bowl, combine stuffing and boiling water; cover and set aside. Coat 4 6-ounce custard cups with cooking spray. In bottom of each cup, press 1/3 cup turkey mixture. Top with 3 tablespoons stuffing mixture. Press another 1/3 cup turkey mixture over stuffing, sealing all edges.

  3. Place custard cups on baking sheet, bake about 30 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center. To serve, loosen edges of loaves with a knife and invert custard cups onto serving plate.
