  3. 1 c Mushroomes; sliced Few dashes sesame oil;

  4. 1 tb Water; 

  5. 1 tb Toasted seasame seeds;

  1. Wash spinach thouroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with spinach.
