  2. 2 tablespoons oil

  3. 3 tablespoons sugar

  4. 2 teaspoons salt or 2 teaspoons seasoning salt

  5. 1 medium onion , chopped

  6. 1/2 cup water

  7. 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  8. 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

  9. 1 cup tomato sauce

  2. In large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.

  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  4. Simmer covered, 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.
