  1. AVOCADO VEGGIE BURGERS

  2. 1 md avocado

  3. 1 c cooked soybeans

  4. 1/2 sm onion, chopped

  5. 1 t prepared mustard

  6. 1 tb tomato puree

  7. salt

  8. whole wheat bread crumbs

  9. Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs together in a blender

  10. or food processor, and blend until smooth. Put mixture into a bowl

  11. and add bread crumbs until the mixture sticks together enough to

  12. be formed into patties 2. Make two burger shaped patties and fry

  13. in oil until they're browned. Serve on buns with your favorite

  14. burger fixings!
