  1. 1 250 mL 200 mL 50 g butter,teaspoon sea 350 g plain

  1. Place egg, milk, water and salt in bowl of a food processor and blend to combine.

  2. Gradually add flour until all incorporated.

  3. Still blending, add melted butter.

  4. Rest batter for 20 minutes.

  5. Heat fry pan or crepe pan and add a small amount of butter. When melted and sizzling add ⅓ cup of batter and swirl pan to spread.

  6. When bubbles appear and browned underneath, flip and cook other side.
