  7. 1 pound Ground moose meat*

  8. 1 Egg -- lightly beaten

  9. 4 tablespoons Cornstarch -- divided

  10. 1 teaspoon Salt

  11. 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

  12. 2 tablespoons Onion -- chopped

  13. 1 tablespoon Cooking oil

  14. 3 tablespoons Vinegar

  15. 1 8 oz can pineapple chunks

  16. 1/2 cup Sugar

  17. 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

  18. 1 medium Green pepper -- cut into strip

  19. Hot cooked wide egg noodles

  20. If moose meat isn't available in your area, ground beef can be substituted.

  21. In a bowl, combine meat, egg, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into 1-1/2-inch balls. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in

  22. oil. Cover and cook over low heat until the meatballs are done, about 10

  23. minutes. In a saucepan, stir vinegar and remaining cornstarch until smooth.

  24. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Add enough water to

  25. juice to equal 1-1/2 cups; stir into vinegar mixture. Add sugar and soy

  26. sauce; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Add the meatballs,

  27. pineapple and green pepper; cook until heated through and the green pepper

  28. is tender.
