  1. 1/4 cup (60 ml) stout or lager beer

  2. 1/4 cup (50 g) soft tofu

  3. 1/4 pound (115 g) cream cheese

  4. 3/4 pound (340 g) cheddar cheese, cubed

  5. 1/4 cup (25 g) horseradish

  6. 2 tablespoons (20 g) diced red onion

  7. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  8. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Photo: Horseradish Cheese Dip Recipe 1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.

  2. Select Variable 1.

  3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.

  4. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.

  5. Stop machine after 30 seconds of blending to scrape down sides if necessary.
