  3. Spinach 1 12 Cup (24 tbs)

  4. Lime juice 2 Tablespoon

  5. Water 12 Cup (8 tbs)

  1. Directions MAKING 1. Blend together the banana, nectarines, ground cardamom, spinach, lime juice and water.

  2. Pour into a glass.

  3. SERVING 3. Garnish with a lime wedge or mint and serve.
