  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Red wine vinegar

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced parsley

  4. Salt - to taste

  5. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  6. 6 tablespoons 90ml Olive oil

  1. Place the greens in a serving bowl.

  2. Combine the vinegar, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in the olive oil. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
