  1. 12 ounce bag of frozen unsweetened raspberries

  2. 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  3. 1 tablespoon sugar One-fourth cup apple juice concentrate

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucpan and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat. Serve hot or cold. Makes 8 servings
