  1. MUSTARD SPREAD

  2. 1 tsp. salt

  3. 1 can Coleman's dry mustard

  4. 1 c. apple cider vinegar

  5. 1 c. sugar

  6. 2 beaten eggs

  7. 1 1/2 tsp. dry dill

  8. Combine salt, vinegar, mustard and sugar. Stir well. Refrigerate

  9. overnight. Add eggs and dill. Heat over a double boiler. Bring to

  10. a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 30 minutes. Pour into jars.

  11. Makes two small jars or 1 large. Refrigerate when cooled. Delicious

  12. on ham and turkey sandwiches.
