  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dijon mustard

  3. 4 Gruyere cheese

  4. 2 Thin slices ham

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter or extra-virgin olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Spread the bread with the mustard. Place a slice of cheese on two slices of the bread, then a slice of ham, then another slice of cheese. Cover with the remaining bread slices. Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan and cook the sandwiches on both sides until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 2 servings.
