  1. 2 c fat free half-and-half , well chilled

  2. 1/2 c heavy cream , well chilled

  3. 1/2 c sugar , find the full amount too sweet)

  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Place ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine until well blended. Pour into freezer bowl and churn according to your ice cream maker’s instructions until mixture thickens (mine takes about 20 minutes). Place in freezer to harden.
