  1. Filipino Champorado

  2. 1 cup glutinous (sweet/sticky) rice

  3. 2 1/2 cups water

  4. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

  5. 1/2 cup sugar

  6. 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract

  7. sweetened condensed milk

  8. Cook rice in a medium-sized saucepan with 2 1/2 cups water. Stir

  9. constantly. When rice is ready (rice should be somewhat transparent),

  10. add cocoa, sugar and vanilla. Serve in bowls with swirls of sweet

  11. condensed milk on top.
