  1. Honey Wine Chicken (serves 4-6 people)

  2. 8 skinned chicken breasts

  3. 1 cup flour

  4. 1 Tbsp paprika

  5. 1/2 tsp pepper

  6. 1 tsp minced garlic

  7. 6 oz white Zinfandel wine

  8. 4 oz honey

  9. 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  10. 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  11. 2 Tbsp olive oil

  12. Mix minced garlic and wine together (You may add Worcestershire

  13. sauce and balsamic vinegar) Marinate chicken in wine mixture for 2-4 hours. Save the marinade Heat olive oil in fry pan. In

  14. plastic bag, mix flour, paprika and pepper together. One at a

  15. time, coat chicken with flour mixture and place on plate to dry.

  16. When olive oil is hot, put chicken in pan and brown on both sides.

  17. Place browned chicken into baking dish. Mix honey into reserved

  18. marinade. Pour over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake

  19. for 1 hour.
