  2. 1/ 1/2 cups all purpose flour

  3. 3/4 cup sugar

  5. 2 Teaspoon baking powder

  6. 1/3 cup oil

  7. 1 egg beaten

  8. 1/3 cup milk

  9. 1 cup fresh bueberries

  10. TOPPING

  11. 1/2 cup sugar

  12. 1/3 cup flour

  13. 1 1/2 Teaspoons cinnamon

  14. 1/4 cup margarine, cut up fine

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Put oil in measuring cup, add egg and milk to make 1 c. Add flour mixture until moist and fold in berries.

  2. Mix topping by cutting in butter until it is crumbly and sprinkle over muffins before baking.

  3. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutesMakes 12 muffins
