  1. 8 oz 227g Fusilli pasta - un-cooked

  2. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise - low-fat okay

  3. 1 cup 237ml Plain yogurt - low-fat okay

  4. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Green onions - chopped

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground white pepper

  7. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Turkey light meat, skinless - cubed

  8. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Chopped celery

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook the turkey meat and cube it. Cool. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, onions, salt, and white pepper. Gently stir in turkey, pasta, and celery. Cover and chill until serving time.
