  1. 4 piece(s) boneless chicken breast

  2. 1 cup(s) Flour

  3. 1 1/2 cup(s) Bread Crumbs , Plain 2 whole(s) (large) Eggs

  4. 1/4 cup(s) Milk

  5. 1/2 cup(s) Chicken broth , Canned or Fresh 1 can(s) (Medium) Diced Tomatoes , Petitie Diced 1 can(s) (small) Black Olives , sliced 2 clove(s) Garlic , sliced thinly 1 teaspoon(s) Oregano , Fresh or dried 1 teaspoon(s) Basil , Fresh or dried 1 dash(es) Salt

  6. 1 dash(es) Pepper

  7. 1 package(s) (Large) Thin Spaghetti

  8. 1 1/2 cup(s) Vegetable oil

  9. 2 tablespoon(s) Olive oil

  10. 1 container(s) Grated Parmesan

  1. Place the flour in a dish, mix the eggs and milk in another dish and the bread crumbs in another dish. Add salt and pepper to flour mixture.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil on medium. Take thawed chicken breast, dip into flour, then to egg mixture, then into bread crumbs. Place chicken into hot oil and brown.

  3. Place Chicken into a pan and add 1/4 water to the pan. Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

  4. While the chicken is cooking you will need to saute the garlic in the olive oil. Then you will need to add the chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the basil, oregano, tomatoes and olives. Simmer for 10 minutes Remove Chicken from oven, put onto serving dish. Place 1/2 the sauce over Chicken, sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve pasta onteh side with the remainder of the sauce on the pasta.
