  1. - 2 cups parsley, packed tight

  2. - 6 cloves garlic, or more if you wish

  3. - 1 teaspoon salt

  4. - 2/3 cup olive oil

  5. - 1/3 cup lemon juice

  6. - 2 tablespoons water

  1. In a food processor (or by hand), chop the parsley very fine. Add the other ingredients and pulse to form a thick sauce.

  2. Spread some of the sauce on meat before grilling or roasting. Serve the rest with the cooked meat so that each diner may add the amount wanted.
