  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla extract

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Eggs (large)

  5. 2 1/2 cups 156g / 5 1/2oz All-purpose flour

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream

  7. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Unsweetened cocoa

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking soda

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  10. 2 cups 474ml Zucchini - shredded

  11. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Chocolate chips - semi-sweet

  12. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Walnuts - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour 9"x13" pan. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat sugar, margarine or butter, vanilla, and eggs until blended. Increase speed to high, beat until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes Reduce speed to low; add flour, sour cream, cocoa, baking soda and salt; beat until blended, constantly scraping bowl. Increase speed to medium; beat 1 minute, occasionally scraping bowl. With spatula, fold in zucchini, chocolate pieces and nuts. Batter will be thick. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 40-45 minutes until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on wire rack. To serve, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
