  1. 3 cups water

  2. 1-1/2 cups great northern beans

  3. 1-1/2 cups small kidney beans (chili beans)

  4. 1 or 2 large ripe tomatoes steamed swiss chard (red) bay leaf

  5. soak bean overnight, drain. put beans, water, and bay leaf in pressure cooker. Cook for 10 minutes at high. Quick-release steam by putting cooker under cold water chop tomatoes and swiss chard and gently mix with beans

  6. enjoy over rice, pasta, or by itself.

  7. you can probably substitute spinach for the chard.
