  1. 1/4 cup fresh low fat curds (dahi)

  2. 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind

  3. 1 tbsp finely chopped basil

  4. 2 tbsp grated apples

  5. salt to taste

  6. black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

  2. Chill for at least 2 hours. Use as required.
