  5. 4 ea Gallons Ripe Tomatoes

  6. 2 c Apple Cider Vinegar

  7. 2 ea Onions

  8. 1/4 ts Ground Cloves

  9. 5 ea Stalks Celery

  10. 1/2 ts Allspice

  11. 2 ea Green Sweet Peppers

  12. 1/2 ts Cinnamon

  13. 3 c Granulated Sugar

  14. 3 tb Salt

  15. Cut top stem ends off of the tomatoes and peppers. Rinse all the

  16. vegetables. Cook tomatoes, onions, celery and peppers together until soft

  17. and mushy. Force through a food press or very fine strainer. Place the

  18. strained mixture in a soup kettle and add the remaining ingredients.

  19. Boil 10 minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.

  20. Makes about 6 Pints. --
