  1. 1 cup 237ml Ground pecans

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter - softened

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt Powdered sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Mix well. shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 30025 to 30 minutes, but do not brown on bottom. Cool 1 minute. Roll in powdered sugar. when cooled, roll in powdered sugar again.
