  3. 1-1/2 cups ketchup

  4. 1 cup cider vinegar

  5. 3/4 cup water

  6. 3/4 cup sugar-free maple-flavored syrup

  7. 4-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  8. Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 tablespoon sugar

  9. 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium beef bouillon granules

  10. 1 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  12. 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  1. Photo by: Taste of Home In a large nonstick saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until sauce is thickened and reduced to 2-1/2 cups. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
