  3. 2/3 cup oil

  4. 1 bell pepper -- chopped

  5. 1 onion -- chopped

  6. 1/4 cup parsley flakes

  7. 1 small can evaporated milk

  8. 1 cup grated colby cheese

  9. 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

  10. 2 eggs

  11. salt and pepper to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients well in 9x13 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees. You may add extra cheese or 2 lbs of shrimp.
