  3. 2 teaspoons cream cheese, softened

  4. 1 cup shredded cooked chicken

  5. 1/3 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce

  6. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  7. 2 green onions, chopped

  8. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  9. 2 lettuce leaves
