  1. 2 tablespoons stick margarine

  2. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  3. 2 tablespoons butter-flavored granules*

  4. 3 teaspoons reduced-sodium chicken bouillon granules

  5. 1 1/2 cups boiling water

  6. 1 cup fat-free milk pepper to taste

  1. In a saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, butter-flavored granules and bouillon until blended. Gradually add water and milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Season with pepper.
