  5. 3/4 c Pumpkin

  6. 1/2 c Fat-free plain yogurt

  7. 2 tb Fat-free plain yogurt

  8. 1 ts Vanilla

  9. 2 c Unbleached flour

  10. 1 c Raisins

  11. 3/4 c Brown sugar; packed

  12. 2 ts Cinnamon

  13. 1 ts Ginger

  14. 1/2 ts Baking soda

  15. 1/4 ts Salt

  16. 1/2 ts Allspice

  17. 1/2 ts Nutmeg

  19. Preheat oven at 350. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray. In a

  20. mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, yogurt, and vanilla. In another mixing bowl,

  21. combine flour, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, salt,

  22. allspice, and nutmeg. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until

  23. moistened. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet, 2 apart.

  24. Bake for 15 minutes, until they seem firm.

  25. Storage: Since these cookies have no added fat they don't store well.

  26. They become stale quickly and stick together if stacked. As soon as they

  27. cool, wrap in layers separated by wax paper and freeze. To serve, simply

  28. let them thaw to room temperature. NOTES

  29. : Because there is no fat to help them spread, the cookies will be lumpy.

  30. These look funny and don't brown but they taste very good. --
