  1. 4 16 oz. strip steaks

  2. 4 oz. honey-mustard

  3. 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

  4. 2 tbsp. soy sauce

  5. black pepper, to taste

  6. sea salt, to taste

  7. chipotle spice, to taste

  1. In a large container, mix honey-mustard, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pepper, sea salt and chipotle. Place steaks in the container and marinate for at least 8 hours.

  2. Preheat grill and remove steaks from marinade and sear in frying pan. In a saucepan, cook remaining marinade.

  3. Cook steaks on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, over Medium-High heat. Brush remaining marinade on the steaks while grilling.
