  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Hot mustard

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Paprika

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Beau monde seasoning

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cracked black pepper

  6. 1 cup 237ml Red wine vinegar

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Soy sauce

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chili sauce

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 2 cups 474ml Vegetable oil

  1. Place all ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Secure lid and shake well.

  2. Serve over any green salad. Store leftover dressing up to 3 weeks in refrigerator.

  3. Makes about 3 cups of dressing.

  4. NOTES : This is a spicy French-style dressing. The recipe came from a leaflet produced by the Spice Islands Company in the early 1960's. I use a quart mason jar to make and store it.
